# Rangoli Rings > A planner for a round floor rangoli in coloured powder. Set the rings from the centre out (motif, colour, repeat count), the width, the minutes available, the names of the people drawing and the grams of powder on hand. The page draws the rangoli, estimates powder and minutes per ring, and flags every problem. One metered run turns those problems into a verdict, one fix per problem and a centre-out drawing order naming who draws each ring. URL: https://rangoli-rings.skillsafe.ai/ API guide: https://rangoli-rings.skillsafe.ai/api.html ## What is free (runs in the browser) - The plan: 2 to 7 rings, 10 motifs (dots, petals, lotus, diya lamps, paisley, leaves, waves, triangles, border line, solid fill), 10 powder colours, 4/6/8/12 sections, up to 4 drawing hands. - The drawing: an SVG rangoli on a stone floor with powder bowls (needed vs on hand); SVG and PNG downloads. - The doorstep list: plain text with the powder to get and each person's rings centre out (with the page's minutes per ring), shared from a phone or copied. - The page's estimates: equal-width rings, powder at about 0.08 g per covered square cm, minutes per ring from the motif, a 5-minute setup, extra hands at 0.6 of a person each. All figures are estimates. - The problems: over the time (slowest ring named), a colour short of powder, neighbouring rings in the same or close shades (with a spare colour that fits), a repeat count that does not divide into the sections (with the nearest count that does). ## The metered task: rangoli-check Input (all strings): task, size_cm, minutes, fold, hands, rings, powder, page_totals, problems, optional retry_note. Reply (JSON): verdict, headline, fixes[{ring, issue, change}], steps[{ring, who, how}], note, closing. Verdict rule, in order: a time problem -> trim-it; else a powder problem -> restock-first; else a blend or fold problem -> adjust-first; else draw-it. The page re-checks every reply against this rule, the fix order, the drawing rota and the word limits. ## Sources - Built on the SkillSafe skill @ryanthedev/design-for-ai-2 (colour, contrast, composition, visual hierarchy): https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@ryanthedev/design-for-ai-2 ## Notes Safety: keep lit lamps clear of clothing, curtains and walkways; keep powder away from eyes.
